What Blotter covers

Blotter is job workflow for a small Australian bookkeeping or accounting practice. Due dates are recorded by people, with their source. Blotter does not lodge anything, calculate tax or GST, keep client books or give advice. Billing exports are for your own billing system; Blotter does not send invoices or take payments.

The first-release acceptance scope records the complete product boundary. The source repository includes operational and development instructions.
